As with our adult courses, participants in our Senior Youth Theatre will be treated as professionals and guided in making work to a professional standard, making it the perfect environment for those considering a career in the arts. That being said however, those who only want to use these classes to explore drama as a hobby or to hang out with friends are absolutely encouraged to do so! The focus is on fun and taking pride in what we make together.
These sessions are for everyone and you don’t need any previous experience to join in. Participants will be challenged with opportunities to learn about all aspects of theatre making and film-making, each term will alternate between a theatre or film focus. Think you’re only interested in one or the other? We promise you, the skills you learn from each will inform your practice in both.
Members of our Senior Youth Theatre also qualify for 50% off our 121 coaching sessions to prepare for drama school auditions.
